Throughout her career, Rocki combined recruitment, HR, lean and project management certifications in senior management assignments focused on managing high impact projects, continuous improvement, cost containment and diverse recruitment outcomes.

Her previous roles include leading the TA function; NA Recruitment Center of Excellence; and building a recruitment operations discipline for the 12 North American brands for one global staffing organization. In her most recent role for Resource Solutions, Rocki led a global team where her responsibilities included: heading the US region, the NA Global Service Center, the global Pre Employment Screening team and the organization’s global Diversity Council.

Ich habe bei ColdStone Creamery Eis verkauft. Ich glaube, ich habe nicht nur beim Kreieren von Eisbechern geglänzt, sondern sie haben mich auch da arbeiten lassen, weil ich jedes Mal so toll gesungen habe, wenn wir Trinkgeld bekommen haben!

Ania Ziebicka Finance

Über Ania:

Ania ist für alle Aspekte von Finanzen, Verwaltung, HR und Büromanagement im Unternehmen zuständig. Sie begann ihre berufliche Laufbahn als Wirtschaftsprüferin bei KPMG, wo sie neun Jahre arbeitete. Anschließend war sie im Bereich Finanzmanagement und Controlling in verschiedenen Branchen tätig. Sie sammelte fünf Jahre lang Erfahrung im SaaS-Bereich bei MrTed, das 2010 von Stepstone Solutions (derzeit Lumesse) übernommen wurde. Bevor sie zu SmartRecruiters kam, leitete sie die Finanzabteilung bei PerkinElmer SSC in Krakau und war für die vollständige Finanzberichterstattung, auch gemäß US-GAAP, für über 30 europäische Einrichtungen verantwortlich. Ania machte ihren Master an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Krakau und erlangte einen Fellow-Titel an der ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

Was war dein allererster Job?

Ich habe im Ferienlager Kinder betreut. Zehn zehnjährige Jungs. Das war eine echte Herausforderung. Aber alle haben überlebt.

Bob is responsible for revenue growth at SmartRecruiters. Prior to SmartRecruiters, Bob ran sales and customer success at Captora where he delivered triple digit revenue growth. Before that, Bob was Area Vice President of Sales at Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) where he drove revenue strategy for the commercial sales team within the data.com platform. Bob came to Salesforce with the acquisition of Jigsaw in 2010 (175M) where he joined pre-revenue and delivered several years of triple digit growth as Vice President of Sales. Bob has a BA from Purdue University.

Jeremy Johnson Chief Financial Officer

Über Jeremy:

Jeremy leads the global finance function including controlling, strategy, planning and analysis, reporting, tax, treasury, as well as Legal.

Prior to joining SmartRecruiters, Jeremy was the SVP of Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations at Ceridian where he scaled the finance function through a period of rapid growth and led finance teams through their Initial Public Offering on the New York Stock Exchange in 2018. Prior to Ceridian, he held a variety of finance, accounting, and audit positions at Capella Education Company and KPMG.

Jeremy is a Certified Public Accountant, and has a Masters in Accounting, with a speciality in Financial Reporting from Michigan State University.

A Marketing Assistant for a cable TV start-up which is now part of Virgin Media. The company was a joint venture between Comcast and Singapore telecom and I spent my days conducting roadshows to introduce cable TV and telephony services to the general public and the explain the power of the new 'fibre optic' networks.

I have worked for several HCM providers start-up, hyper growth and global giants. I know the ingredients it takes to build a successful business in this space. I can see a huge opportunity which has been created by the legacy providers falling behind the market needs, the rise in the use of technology both in recruiting and as a consumer and constant challenges organisations face when hiring talent to meet their business objectives. I deliberately came back to recruitment technology as the market was ripe for disruption. My favourite aspect of SmartRecruiters is the SmartAssistant based on our own proprietary AI. Being an ex-recruiter, I see immense value on the job fit scoring and stack ranking and ability to focus recruiters attention on engaging with the right candidates instead on 'eye balling' CVs. I also love the fact it helps remove bias in the process. Productivity and diversity are two huge themes running across Talent Acquisition right now and this one feature addresses both.

My first student job was as a summer season farm hand. It was really tough work and very different from my subsequent career, but I enjoyed the challenge. My first professional role post-MBA was in a consulting firm where I learned how to rapidly understand key business requirements and company goals. After that, I joined the IT and technology space and continue to find it fascinating to be in heart of digital transformation.

I evaluate more on behavior than skills because you can more easily teach skills than change a mindset. A great hire is curios, always in the learning curve, passionate about the role, and seeks to make a positive impact on the company.

Robin is a serial entrepreneur, internet executive, investor and tech enthusiast. His experience, includes general management corporate development, business operations, marketing, communications, and strategy for small to mid-size organizations.

Currently the SVP, Global Strategy at SmartRecruiters, a Talent Acquisition Suite which connects people to jobs at scale, and Co-Founder of Wo\men Inc., a global leading platform that supports career-focused women build meaningful professional networks.

Prior to SmartRecruiters, he co-founded and served as COO of Jobspotting, a personal recommendation engine for job seekers to discover and track new opportunities, where he oversaw finance, sales, & marketing, and guided the company to profitability while scaling across 12 countries and over three million users.

Robin is also an investor for Haak & Compagnie with several seed investments. Prior to Jobspotting, Robin co-founded the Berlin-based Axel Springer Plug and Play Accelerator and invested in over 40 international companies. He managed investments from the follow-up fund, the portfolio, and operations of the accelerator. He also worked in M&A in the Marketing & Classifieds Division and in Digital Ventures at Axel Springer SE, Europe's leading digital publisher.

Frances holds extensive experience in HR Tech, spending over a decade building enterprise platforms and leading global teams at organizations such as CareerBuilder and ADP. Frances’ previous role was at the explosive tech scale-up Lookaftermybills.com, where she led new product development efforts to expand the service into new verticals.

Frances’ people-first approach to product focuses on simple and delightful user experiences that are inclusive, ethical, and data-driven. Frances volunteers and speaks at events to encourage younger generations to pursue STEM careers, and support more women and diverse representation within leadership, technology, and product professions.

Frances holds an Executive MBA from London Business School.

Christian Grimm DACH Sales

Über Christian:

Christian Grimm ist seit mehr als 13 Jahren in der HR-Technologie-Branche tätig und bekleidet seit Januar 2019 die Position des VP Sales DACH bei SmartRecruiters.

In dieser Funktion ist er maßgeblich für die Leitung und den Ausbau der strategischen Vertriebsaktivitäten von SmartRecruiters verantwortlich. Zuvor war Christian Grimm 11 Jahre lang bei Lumesse tätig und leitete dort zuletzt als Sales Director DACH bei Lumesse den Bereich der Neukundenakquise sowie die Entwicklung und Pflege des Kunden- und Partner-Ecosystems.

Vor seiner Zeit bei Lumesse war er bei der Henkel AG & Co. KGaA als eHR Manager sowie als Key Account Manager Business Intelligence HR SAP tätig. Hier verantwortete er die weltweite Harmonisierung aller HR-relevanten Prozesse auf Basis des SAP Enterprise Portals – einschließlich der Konzeption, Planung, Überwachung und Implementierung der HR-Internet- und Intranet-Kanäle. Des Weiteren leitete er den globalen Support Hub für die eingeführten HR TM Prozesse.
