Every organization and or company will have its own set of skill assessments. If you make a claim on your resume and CV about being competent and proficient in something, make sure you really are, because if you lie you will be found out very easily. Knowing that you may be asked to demonstrate your proficiency in an interview should make you prepare adequately before you go for the interview in order to ensure that if you are asked to demonstrate your proficiency you can do so confidently.
